With over 180 homes across the San Francisco Peninsula, Grove Construction is one of the city’s biggest general contractors. The company specializes in building luxury custom residences but is also capable of delivering multifamily residences and build-to-suit homes. The firm’s diversification in 2005 to include commercial real estate expanded the company’s services to developing light industrial warehouses in Los Banos.

Under Ron Grove’s leadership, the firm only employs construction crews that have already proven themselves in the trade. Before earning his General Contractor’s license and establishing the company, Grove first mastered a wide variety of areas in construction, including foundation forming, roofing, and carpet installation.

The company was established in 1989 and has since been delivering custom homes that showcase Modern, Contemporary, and Farmhouse styles. Aside from massive windows, the most dominant elements in these modern residences are the use of natural color palettes and the choice of materials like wood and glass.

Ron Grove was raised in Belmont, California. From 1981-1988 he worked in the construction trades in various areas including carpet installation, foundation forming and roofing. In 1989, he received his General Contractor's License and founded Grove Construction.

Grove Construction specializes in high-end custom homes and they have built over 180 homes in the San Francisco/ Peninsula area. In addition, they have completed numerous "build-to-suit" homes as well as condominiums, triplexes and apartments buildings.

In 2005, Grove construction diversified into Commercial Real Estate by purchasing land to develop light industrial warehouses in Los Banos, California. To date they have completed 62,000 square foot and 10,000 square foot buildings.

Grove Construction employs an in-house construction crew as well as using top quality local subcontractors who have demonstrated excellence in their field.
